That The Onion is uniformly brilliant this week, the kind of complete and thoroughgoing goodness evinced by say, London Calling or Madame Bovary.

Now it's a perpetual Rock idea that London Calling is the great Clash album and not a soul I know can make any calls of the lyrical brilliance of Sandanistas. Is this just a Punk Rock Geek thing, or Ms. S. is there something really brilliant about the Other double album?

Hmm. I will have to listen to Sandanistas all the way through and get back to you on that. Also, now that I've finally finished Madame BovaryI can return it to you. I blush to say that I believe I borrowed it in the summer of 2001.
